My acne always flares up the worst when I come off and go onto PCT. what is the reasoning behind this and what can I do to avoid this? I was using 500 test cypionate a week. I used my Hcg 500 every day also have been using 3000mg D aspartic acid everyday and just started my Clomid and and tamoxifen. My acne immediately increased with the Hcg though. Already using clindamycin and minocycline.

Some trainers like Milos recommend eating different sources of protein like beef, chicken, turkey and so on for better growth. What's your opinion on eating different sources of protein, is it really beneficial over a mostly chicken and eggs diet. Personally my own diet consists of only whey, egg whites and chicken as far as protein sources.

Hey guys, this is a strength question - what is the best way to increase my deadlifts? I can currently do 3 plates but once i go above that my wrists always tend to hurt along with having a sloppy posture. Is it just time patience and perfect execution, or will straps and a belt help? I have both, so what would be the most effective way to utilize them if needed?

Hey guys! really enjoy the show. It is the best one i have listened to. Im 36 years old started my first cycle of test e 500mg a week. about 3 weeks ago and have been alternating between each sides of my glutes. 3rd shot into my right glute has not gone into the muscle I believe, it caused a lump across the top side of the right glute. i'm a little concerned! I haven't been changing the way i inject from left to right so i'm curious as to why this happened this time. should i continue with cycle should i maybe just change the injection site all together? as of today its been 6 days since that shot on that side, i've been putting heat on it and trying to roll it out with a lacrosse ball massaging it out every chance I get. It seems that the smaller the lump gets the more tender it gets, like it felt the first the time I put the shot in. There is no redness on the skin but it is a little warm to the touch. Whats your thoughts on this? Do you have any tips and how long do these lumps last on an average?

Love the shows guys. Actually listen every morning in the gym while doing my cardio... so here it is. I'm a 36yo m/ with 20 years training experience lifting and 10 years enhanced. I have my levels checked regularly and only ever really ran into a major problem (knock on wood), I get extremely bad acne but even worse dry skin. So much so that I absolutely hate showering due to itching for 30 minutes after but hit it every day anyway. I am tired of it and have tried everything OTC. I saw my doctor last week finally and have some acne cream but it's still bad. Can you shed some light on this for me?
