Advices Radio Question Submission
To have your questions answered on Advices Radio, please submit your questions here. All questions will be anonymous. You can ask for advice on anything you like, from training, drugs, nutrition, supplementation, career building, relationships and more.
Make sure you share any important info. Everyone is different, so to make the advice as applicable to your as possible, give a little background. For instance, if you are asking about gear, a basic history of gear use would help us understand your level of experience. The more info we have, the better we can help. That being said, make sure you are concise. If your question is 3 paragraphs long, it probably will not be used on the show.
Thank you!
Thank you for all of the great questions everyone has submitted to the Advices Radio Question Box. Moving forward, we are going to take all questions for the shows through the Bodybuilding Advices Forums.

I'm 46 years old and have been bodybuilding on and off since I was 15 years old. I'm currently 6'0 192# with 14% bf. I've never done gear and am considering a first cycle of Test E only @ 1cc 2x a week. For 12 weeks along with a ai and a pct. My joints at times do get sore (mostly in shoulders) but not to the point where I can't lift. My questions to you are: Does a cycle help or hurt the joints? If my joints were to start bothering is there something I could take to help?
Thank you

This is a multi-part question, but here we go:
I'm trying to get my estrogen under control and figure out what is going on in that department. I'm currently on 525mg/wk of test prop, 60mg var/day, 40mg tbol/day, and was running dbol in there as well at 40mg/day. I was also running 4IU HGH and 25mg aromasin eod. However, I noticed I started to get the signs of gyno (puffy nipples) and so I stopped the dbol, and then ran letro at 2.5mg/ed for a week until the symptoms went away. I am now at 37.5mg/eod of aromasin and there is no sign of gyno and I feel pretty good (however I still haven't added the dbol back in yet).
When should I get my blood tested to see if estrogen levels are within range? I was thinking 3 weeks to let everything "get settled".
Lastly, as far as estrogen rebound goes when I go on PCT, do you recommend running an AI (Arimidex/Aromasin) also with hcg, nolva and clomid?
Thank you!
I guess, in short, would you be able to go over a simple protocol for when to use certain compounds, etc. Does injecting carbs/sugar near the time you took the peptide really have a negative effect on growth? What are your favorite peptides, and why?
Thanks!
Have you ever heard of someone's belly button turning from an innie to an outtie after gaining muscle from their cycle? I starting eating properly 6-7 weeks ago and after a small amount of time my belly button started protruding and the area is a little sensitive. It sticks out even more when I do crunches or leg presses. I was thinking this had to do with some kind of bloat but after 7 weeks it is still there. Any advices would be most appreciated. Keep it up bud! -Joshua
Fist off, I love all the shows, not just this one. Second...sorry for the long question but here goes: I have a question regarding pinning. I have recently decided to get on a TRT dose as my levels are on the low side, and have been for a long while. I sit under 400 Test levels, but fluctuate from about 330 - 400, 260 being the lowest at one point. I am going to do 210 mg Test E (as it is an easy measure because the test I am getting is 300mg/mL) I have read and heard that twice a week is a good timing, but here recently some local guys who have been on for long periods of time, Blast/Cruise, have mentioned that they will do EoD pins. So instead of doing 105 twice a week, it would be .2mL EoD (60 mg).
They mentioned they have done this with great results and less sides as they have seen the sides come from the fluctuations moreso than the actual usage. What are your opinions on this. The idea is using an 28g slin pins, 1/2 inch due to the amount of pinning, to lessen any pain or possible scar tissue in the long run.
I absolutely love this show and the knowledge you and your guests share.
My question is this: I am halfway through my second 10 week cycle of test cyp 500 mg a week. I did kick start this cycle with Anadrol 50 everday for the first 4 weeks. I am seeing some nice steady gains, though they are coming on relatively slow. I am still somewhat new to gear, but what would you suggest my next cycle be? I want to stay relatively conservative, but want to throw something new into the arsenal!
Some stats for you: I am 27 years old and been training for 6-7 years. 5'9" and 195-200 pounds. I am an extreme ectomorph.
Thanks for answering!
First off all I just wanted to thank You for sharing this pod cast. My husband has recently taken up bodycbiilding and started gear about a year and a half ago. I myself have done a cycle of anavar and winstrol. However your pod cast as educated me and and answered so many questions about gear and other aspects of body building . it had also made it easier to have educated conversations with my husband about what he is going though and how to help him better achieve his goals. So thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and advice with all of is out here.
Secondly I the question about kids body building. Ironically I have a 10 year old daughter who has just competed in her first show along with 9 other kids through the inba pnba . however it is absolutely nothing like the adults. We do it strickly for fun and as a podium to help with childhood obesity. She is not on a strick diet and to my knowelde none of the kids are. I also completely agree with everything you said against it. No kid that age should be doing hard core weightlifting or super reduced calorie diet. But she has been doing competitive cheer since she was 5 and does to light weight strength training or resistance training. She also competed in the kids fitness devision showcasing her tumbelibg abilities. I think when we think of mini bodybuilding we picture these crazy little kids thst vlook like they have been on steroids there hole life. When really the kids on our team are just normal everyday kids that wAnt to make a difference in someone's life and are having fun. They are actually going to compete in the natural Olympia next month where they will compete with team USA against kids from all over the world and are very excited. This is also all new to us and we are excited to see what happens.
Again thanks so much for this great pod cast. Keep up the great work!! :)
