Also how do the pros and other people who run high doses deal with this? Do they do self blood letting? Thanks guys
Prior to my first cycle I was approximately 180 Lbs and 12% BF.
I am 30 years old 5-11", 215 Lbs and approximately 15% BF. I have run two cycles first was;
Test E 500mg /week
Deca 300mg/week
12 week cycle and I dropped the deca after week 10. Performed PCT and made a close to full recovery in regards to my testosterone count in post blood work and overall mood (I would have considered it a succesful cycle I maintened my size and weight for the most part. Second cycle I waited 4 months after PCT and ran;
Test E 500mg/week
Deca 300mg/week
T-bol week 1-6 @ 100mg/day
Anavar week 6-14 @ 60 mg/day
Total 12 week cycle, dropped the deca at week 10 once again but rode out the anavar right up to PCT. Even better cycle and all is well have not had post bloods yet but plan to very soon.
Now my actual question sorry for the intro. I want to run my next cycle like so;
Test E 250mg /week
Tren E 150mg /week
D-bol week 1-4 @ 60mg/day (just to get some quick strength not concerned with water weight etc).
Anavar week 6-14 @ 60 mg/day
12 week cycle. Would you agree with my first tren cycle that keeping the tren low and test low too or do you think this will be a wasted cycle? Should I run them equal at 250 this is the suggestion I keep hearing from gym bros but they also have backs covered in acne and are 10 years my junior so yeah... I am in it for the long haul as I am not a competitor. Goal as always build lean muscle without gaining unnecesary fat. Thank you.
Just an FYI my PCT looks like so;
Week 15-18
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
I run Arimidex EOD @ .25mg throughout my entire cycle and PCT. If you have any suggestions here feel free although I have not had any bad experiences with PCT, any "advices" is always good.
test cyp 750 weeks 1-16 (never taken more than 500)
Anadrol 50 mg weeks 1-4 (never taken)
Deca 600 weeks 1-8 (never taken)
EQ 600 weeks 8-16 (most I've taken is 400)
Arimidex 1-16
I have never taken a cycle for gaining mass and would love to hear your recommendations and adjustments and reasoning behind it.
I'm 23 6.5ft tall, 230lbs, probably 18-20% bf. Am academic. Never cycle.
I study training and macro nutrient manipulation in grad school.
I am not planning to competing, but need to look the part to succeed as a trainer with more reach on social media and in higher priced markets Like LA and Miami.
I Have researched all the steroids for about 6 weeks now.
I get cycling can be very hard on the endocrine system and HPTA. I read staying on until you get the look you want then coming off is best.
I plan on doing 12 weeks to diet off fat
Tbol 6 weeks 40-60mg ec
Test e 250 .5ml t,Fri
Aromasin 6-12mg eod or Ed as needed
Nolvadex 20mg ed if a flair up occurs
6 week bridge
Test e 200mg wk
HCG 250-500iu 2xwk
Nolvadex 20mg Ed
Clomid 50/5025/25
Aromasin as needed to control estradiol
Then blast 16 weeks
Test e 350mg Wk
Deca 300mg Wk
Tbol first 6 weeks 40-60mg Ed
Then do a longer pct and come off completely
What do you think, any variations, variables to be tweaked or advice?
I ask you specifically cause if bioscience is dangerous in one area of advice it's this. The message boards are full of morons.
