I'm a 57 year old 118 lb woman just starting HGH. What is the appropriate dose? Should I skip any days? Anything else to note?

Hi Scott, I just listened to your podcast with Colette Nelson and it was pretty interesting. I am using HGH right now (I am the guy who had water retention issues - you answered my question and were bang on so thanks!) and I get the impression from her that taking long acting insulin might be a good idea. I have a glucometer so i will check my fasting blood sugar levels too but if I do think I should try this do I need to cycle it? I don't have much of a history in this regard but want to be careful - I have used Humulin R before but a long time ago. Thanks!

What are the dosages of HCG for a 195 lb - 50 year young man? His training consists of 1 to 2 days at thee gym, light weights high reps, the other 4 to 5 days a week he is out cycling (road or mountain biking) for an average total of 20 hours per week? Thank you and GREAT site / forum!

Scott, On BNR Radio you mentioned that you have a couple of upcoming episodes with Collett Nelson. Could you please have her comment on glp1 agonists for body builders? I.e. Science behind how they work, use with growth hormone, improvement in insulin resistance, improvement in high fasting sugars due to Gh, weight-loss benefits, side effects such as nausea, or any other comments.

I've been on TRT for 3 years ( 200mg test cyp weekly) and plan to start a family.

My doctor recommends I go off TRT cold turkey and do HCG 500IU twice weekly.

Having read Dr. Crisler's protocol of TRT + HCG; I propose it to my doctor who insisted that I must be off test cyp to raise LH and FSH and for sperm production to resume (currently zero count).

Is it true that adding HCG to my existing TRT will not restart sperm production? I don't want to go off TRT as I feel like a walking dead and it affects my life and mood (depressed)

Please help me start a family!

Hello from the great state of Alaska. I'm a 35 year old male, 5'6", 145 lbs. My measurements are about the same as a Playboy centerfold, but in the right places for a male. My waist is down to about 26 after cutting--28 is normal for me. I have to have all my pants tailored. The only gear I've ever used was Deca and it worked like a charm--no side effects. I gained a solid 12 lbs and that was enough for me. It changed my life. Now, I'm looking to go back on it. Do you recommend stacking? I'm not sure I need to. I'm also afraid of side effects. I only cycled 2x on Deca. That was 2 years ago and I still have most of my size, minus maybe 4 lbs. Thanks.

Ordered and received my first cycle, test enanthate 250 and winstrol, was planning a 12 week cycle of 2mls a week of test, and 8 weeks of winni 4 10mg tablets a day, starting on week 2, wasn't gonna do blood work but then I got sick 2 weeks ago, had a steroid pack and Z pack called in, took it a few days , getting worse , doctor had me go in and do blood work, I requested to check test levels also, they told me the results were going to be high because I had been taking the steroid pack, results came in today and it was only 243 on test, I haven't started the cycle yet because I want to see what the doctor recommends next week. Currently I am 207 at 5'7, would say at 20% body fat, starting to get definition and striations on shoulders and can start to see upper abdominals in the morning, have been eating a mostly clean diet for 5 months and have been working out hard for 3 months, I started at 242. I have always been on again off again but I really let myself go for 3 years. I am fixing to be 34 and want to get that classic physic look by time I am 35. Also want abs, never seen them, I know there is a huge range on normal testosterone levels, I have never had a problem gaining muscle or losing weight. I don't know if this low test level is normal for me and my body can function at those Levels or what, I put everything I have in every workout I do 2-3 sometimes 4 times a week, is this why I still manage to make good gains? Or is this test level normal for me, and if it is does this mean I can expect massive gains when on the cycle? Should I try TRT before running any cycle? Do you think it would hurt anything if I run the cycle first then work on TRT after the cycle and PCT, cycle is 12 weeks test enanthate 250 at 2 mls a week, 8 weeks of stanozolol 4 10mg tablets a day

hello guys huge fan of yours show from Croatia Europe...So my question-for someone like me who is 25 years old men physique competitor and want to do only about 1 maybe 2 cycles per year is it better to do short cycles like maybe test cyp 500mg 12 weeks and last few weeks some oral winstrol or something like 16 weeks EQ600mg and test c 250mg...what will be more beneficial and more easy to recover and keep gains after PCT?
