Advices Radio Question Submission

To have your questions answered on Advices Radio, please submit your questions here. All questions will be anonymous. You can ask for advice on anything you like, from training, drugs, nutrition, supplementation, career building, relationships and more.

Tips for good questions:

Make sure you share any important info. Everyone is different, so to make the advice as applicable to your as possible, give a little background. For instance, if you are asking about gear, a basic history of gear use would help us understand your level of experience. The more info we have, the better we can help. That being said, make sure you are concise. If your question is 3 paragraphs long, it probably will not be used on the show.

Hi Scott thank you for this podcast very informative for us bbuilders, my question is fats in our diets what percent should they be, for maintaining and health, and do you count fats from carbs and other sources, into you're daily totals, example oats has say 4fat for. 1/2cup dry?
Being fats are essential macro why some people say they don't do well with fats in the diet?

Thank you Scott

Hi guys! I’m pretty much big and round 350lbs (fat not muscle) and wanted to know if getting a gene testing would be a good idea. I ask this because I like to know more about my body and if I need to look at for things than a common person would look for. Also I would think I can learn if some things progress differently like proteins are things I don’t know about so on my path to better my life. Last thing is there are many types of genetic testing that I’m finding out, what type of test do you think I should be getting to figure all of this out?

Love the show! What is your experience with anadrol? I have used it before as part of my cycle but don't like the estrogenic sides long term. What are your thoughts on using it to kick start a cycle? Thanks!

Hi Scott, my question is about PCT and diet.

I find when on cycle I don't tend to put on huge amounts of fat despite the high calorie diets I go on but always seem to get fat fast when I hit PCT stage.

What advice do you have for PCT diet? Eg should I cut calories, leave the same or increase? And when should I reduce to maintaince calories after the PCT? Eg 4 weeks after PCT finishes.

Hey Scott, long time listener of your podcasts. I meant to get this one in there while Chuck was on, considering his knowledge regarding cardiac stuff, but alas, you probably have some valuable insight. Thoughts on TRT and heart health/risk of heart attack. Considering going to a TRT clinic, but possible increased risk of heart attack is a turn off for me. Thoughts? Thanks man.
