Love the show. newbie to the fitness world, Have a couple of question.. In Regards to diet and food can you list what are good "Carbs" and "fats"? and my 2nd question is can you explain some terms you use on the show. When you talk about working out you use the terms "volume workout" and "pumps workout".

In regards to pct I've read a lot where only clomid is used at 100mgs for 7 days than 14 to 21 days 50mgs. Is nova not needed anymore? What is your opinion

I have a girl friend who is a bit over weight and she asked what I did to get in shape. I told her about diet and work outs. She wants to do some gear I said Anavar will this help with her weight loss as well as get her ready for tone. Please tell me if this is correct or anything else she should do?

You talked about your back injury on a past episode and how you had to stop training legs. Well I'm in the same boat and was wondering what movements you did to strengthen your back again besides hyperextensions? Also what exercises do you typically stay away from to keep the flare ups from occurring?

What is the logic behind longer-ester compounds causing more water retention than shorter esters (e.g. avoid long esters before a show)? If estrogen is kept under control in both cases, why would it matter?

Would like your feedback on what you consider "optimal" TRT dosing for the long haul. My concern is long-term use of Aromatase Inhibitors (particularly their effects on LDL/HDL), so I have always avoided them off-season and just dosed T as high as possible up to the point where Estrodiol gets a bit high (30-ish?). For me, that ends up being around 140mg/week, with T levels around 800-900. I know Aromasin is supposed to be less harmful than Arimidex & Letro, but it not commonly prescribed for men by TRT doctors.
